Placing an Order 

To place an order, go to a product page, select the desired quantity, and add it to your shopping cart by selecting the "Add to Cart" button. Before checking out, you will be prompted to create an account or to log in with your existing account.           



We try to ensure the products we carry are always in stock so we can ship them to you fast. In the rare circumstance where a product is not in stock, we will let you know on the product page when it will be available to ship.           


Payment Methods We Accept   

We accept payment via only Paypal.

 All prices are show and charged in Hong Kong Dollars.  


Order Confirmations/Order Status         

Immediately after your order is placed, you can access it by going to "Your Account." The order status will be listed as "Order Received." You are also sent a confirmation e-mail at the same time. If the order is not visible in your account and you have not received an e-mail, we did not receive your order and there was no charge to your card. You can re-enter that order.

If you can't find the order number, you can call us at 852-6330-3959 anytime. Just provide us with the date of your order and your full name (the name in the billing section, not the one in the ship to section) so that we can retrieve the number.


I want to return my order! What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 365 days of purchase. (Hong Kong Only)

The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to get return service by logging in at

     1. Go to the website and click on My Account in the upper right hand corner.

     2. Log in to your account using your email address and password.

     3. Click on the order number of the merchandise you wish to return.

     4. Then you can follow return steps to return your merchandise.


How long does it take for me to get a refund?   

It may take 2-3 business days for your return to reach the Carparts Delivery Centers. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.  


Do you do back orders?           

No. We do not do back orders. If an item is out of stock the Customer Loyalty Team will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.


How can I write a review on a product?  

1. On any product page, scroll down and on the left-hand part of the screen, underneath the ‘Customer Feedback section’, you will see a button titled ‘Write a review of this product’.

2. Once you click on that button you will see an image of the product, a text box, a rating section, and three sections on how the product fits. Please fill in as much information as you’d like. You can also insert your name, where you live, your email address and other brands that you recommend.

3. Then, click on the orange ‘Submit your Review’ button..

4. Once you’ve submitted your review, it may take up to 5 business days for it to appear on the site.

What can cause my order to be delayed?          

If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.


How do I change or cancel my order?    

Please contact the Mekongoo Customer Loyalty Team at 852-6330-3959 immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.


What is the status of my order?

 After placing an order, you can view the order status 24 hours a day by simply clicking on the "My Account". From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
